    Sour Cream Cocoa Frosting

    1/4 cup low fat sour cream
    3 tbsp. cocoa
    3 or 4 cups confectioner's sugar

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients until frosting is smooth and peaks softly. Dip
    cooled cupcakes tops down into the frosting, twirl and pull up. Sit
    on wire rack to allow icing to harden slightly.
