Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 cup milk chocolate pieces
or
2 3 ounce bars milk chocolate broken in bits
Recipe
Pour cream in to a small saucepan. Place pan over moderately high heat until
cream begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate pieces. Stir them in
well. Let stand 1 minute or until chocolate has melted. Beat mixture with a
spoon until it is smooth and creamy. Let cool completely. Whip at high speed
with a mixer until it thickens and forms soft peaks
