    Butterscotch Pudding and Pie Filling Mix

    1 3/4 cups brown sugar -- firmly packed
    3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 cup cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight
    container.
    Makes 3 cups mix or 24 prepared servings.

    To Use: For 2 servings, use 1/4 cup of pudding mix
    and 1 cup of milk. Combine in small saucepan with 2
    tablespoons butter or margarine and heat on low,
    stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil
    gently, stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat
    and pour into 2 individual serving dishes.
    Refrigerate; pudding will thicken as it chills.
