Cappuccino Waffle Mix with Coffee Syrup

List of Ingredients




1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup powdered non dairy creamer
2 T. instant coffee granules
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon


Recipe



Cream the first 3 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; gradually blend into butter mixture until crumbly.
Place in a plastic zipping bag. Seal; refrigerate. Tie onto coffee syrup
container. Attach instructions.
Instructions: Place mix in a mixing bowl; add 3/4 cup water and 2 eggs,
stirring until just blended. Bake following waffle iron manufacturer's directions.
Serve with warm coffee syrup. Makes 5 to 6
Coffee Syrup:
1 cup brewed coffee
2 cups sugar

Combine both ingredients in a pan; stir and heat over medium high heat until
sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil without stirring; boil for 2 minutes. Remove
form heat; cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the
refrigerator. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
