    3 C dried tomato slices
    1/2 C dried milk powder
    1 T sugar
    1/2 t.. salt
    1/4 t.. ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Powder tomato slices in a blender or with a pestle. Add remaining
    ingredients. Store in a plastic bag, glass jar, or any tightly sealed
    container.

    TO USE: add to 1 1/2 quarts boiling water and simmer 10 minutes. Add
    1 t. butter or margarine after cooking.
