    Cream of "anything" soup mix

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups powdered milk
    • 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup instant chicken bouillon granules
    • 4 tsp dried onion flakes
    • 2 tsp dried thyme
    • 2 tsp basil, crushed, dried
    • 1 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Measure all ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Shake well.

    2. You can transfer to a vacuum seal bag and store for up to a year.

    3. To use: 1/3 cup mix1 cup water

    4. Cook over low/med heat until thickened.

    5. You may add 1/2 cup minced or chopped mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, celery, cooked chicken, diced potatoes, tomatoes, cooked shrimp, etc.

    6. Use as you would in any cream of "anything" recipe.
