    2/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp low-sodium, chicken-flavored bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Moisten fish or
    skinned chicken slightly and shake in mixture.

    Bake according to recipe.

    Makes about 2/3 cup, enough for one chicken or several
    fish fillets.
