Peanut Butter &Jelly Muffin Mix in a Bag

List of Ingredients




2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Measure all into a bowl, cut in the following:
1/2 cup crunchy-style peanut butter



Recipe



Pour into a jar or vacuum seal bag.

Attach Tag
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. Butter, melted
1 Jar Mix
jam or jelly of choice

Combine all into a med bowl, Stir until moistened. 1/2 Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins, add a spoonful of jam or jelly in the center of each muffin. Finish filling the tins. Bake at 400 degrees F for 16 - 18 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 - 2 dozen muffins.

Gift Idea: Place a couple muffin mixes in a small gift basket & add a Jar of Homemade Jam or Jelly. These muffins are excellent snacks for kids on the go & they won't last long!
