Amish Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Recipe
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Brown in 1/4 c. vegetable oil.
Remove meat balls, and make gravy.
Return meatballs to gravy.
Cook 15-20 mins.
Makes 6-8 servings
Meat Ball Gravy
Stir 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper
into hot fat in skillet.
Stir in 2 c. boiling water, and 3/4 c. sour cream.
