    2 to 3 pound beef Brisket cut thin
    1 package onion soup mix
    1 package brown gravey
    2 table spoons garlic
    1/2 stick of butter

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 500. Make a dry rub out of the gravy package, soup mix and butter. Rub this all over the brisket. Wrap Brisket in a foil pouch, being carefull no air escapes. Use two layers of foil if you have to. Bake 500 for 1/2 hour and the bake 325 for 2 to 21/2 hours. The meat will be falling apart. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles. Makes a great winter meal
