Cheese Topped Beef Bake

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion -- diced
32 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 medium potato -- thinly sliced
4 ounces mozzarella cheese -- shredded
Recipe
Cook beef and onion until brown; drain as needed.
Stir in the tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and
simmer 5 minutes. Sppon 1/3 of the beef mixture
into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover dish with
foil and bake at 375F degree for 1 hour, until
potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and uncover.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven
just until cheese melts.
