    Cool Kitchen Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients




    1 C soft bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 C tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 C ketchup
    3 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add beef and mix well.
    Shape into 2 loaves and place each in a 8x4x2 disposable loaf
    pan and cover with foil. (Or wrap in double layer of foil and
    don't use the pan.) Grill, uncovered, over inderect medium heat
    for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat
    thermometer read 160 degrees. Meanwhile in saucepan combine
    remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar
    is dissolved. Spoon over meat loaves before serving. (6
    servings)

    You can make the loaves up ahead of time and refrigerate until
    ready to cook.
