    1 1/2 lb Ground beef
    1 c Soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c Milk
    1/2 c Chopped onions
    1/2 c Parmesan cheese
    1 Egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Oregano
    1 sm Can tomato sauce
    3 Slices Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and
    Mozzarella cheese.Mix lightly.In a 10 x 6" loaf pan, shape loaf.Bake
    1 1/2
    to 2 hours.Drain excess fat.Pour tomato sauce over loaf during last 1/2
    hour of baking time.Place Mozzarella cheese on top.Bake 5 to 10
    minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
