    Easy Beef Skillet Dinner

    1 pound ground chuck or round
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 jar (26 to 28 ounces) spaghetti or pasta sauce
    2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) beef broth
    2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
    Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    In 12 inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat;
    drain. Add onion and garlic to beef and cook until onion is very
    lightly browned or transparent. Be careful not to scorch garlic.
    Remove ground beef mixture and set aside. In same skillet, bring
    sauce and broth to a boil. Stir in uncooked pasta. Reduce heat
    to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or
    until pasta is tender. Return ground beef mixture to skillet and
    cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread and a
    fresh salad.
