    Easy Steak and Potatoes

    2 pounds round steak -- 3/4-inch thick
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    21 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed -- 2) 10 3/4
    oz. cans total
    1 cup water
    1 large sliced onion
    3 tablespoons steak sauce
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    8 medium potatoes -- peeled and halved

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Pound steak thin and cut into serving size pieces. Brown meat in oil.
    Drain. In a large baking dish or pan, combine soups with water, onion,
    sauce and garlic. Add meat and immerse. Place potatoes around the
    outer edge. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. (Note: If you prefer
    your meat to be more tender, reduce heat to 325 degrees F and add
    another hour of baking time). Serves 6.
