    1 lb. ground meat
    1 pkg. taco flavoring mix
    flour tortillas
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    8 oz. colby jack cheese

    Recipe



    Add tomatoes to taco seasoned meat and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer one flour
    tortilla in round casserole dish. Place taco meat on tortilla and spread to
    cover. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layers starting with tortilla and ending
    with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
