Herbed Mustard Steak

1/2 cup A.1. original steak sauce
1/3 cup water, plus
1 Tbs water, divided
1 0.7-ounce envelope italian salad dressing mix
1 Tbs grey poupon dijon mustard
1 1 1/2-pound beef flank steak, 3/4 inch thick
Recipe
1 Mix steak sauce, 1/3 cup water, dressing mix and mustard in bowl. Place steak in nonmetal dish or plastic bag; add steak sauce mixture, turning to coat both sides. Cover; refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
2 Remove steak from marinade; place marinade and remaining water in small saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
3 Grill or broil steak for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serve with warm mustard sauce.
