London Broil and Mushrooms

1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1 1/2 pounds london broil -- 1" thick
2 teaspoons margarine
1/2 pound mushrooms -- sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Mix mustard, teriyaki marinade and garlic; brush mixture on meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
On high grill, or under broiler, cook meat 5 minutes per side until it is medium rare.
While meat is cooking, heat margarine in a nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms and saute. Add salt and pepper when mushrooms are cooked.
Remove meat from broiler and allow it to rest 5 minutes. Slice it thinly across the grain, on the diagonal. Serve beef slices topped with sauteed mushrooms.
