1 boneless sirloin steak (2 pounds)
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
2 T. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 cup hot water


Recipe



In broiler pan, without the rack, arrange steak. Brush both sides of steak
with soup mix combined with oil. Broil steak until desired doneness. Turn once.
Remove steak to serving platter. Add hot water to pan and stir, scraping brown
bits from bottom of pan. Serve sauce over steak. Serves 6

Garlic, Ranch, Onion Mushrooms or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
