    1 lb. ground round
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. container sour cream
    1 cup beef broth
    1/2 cup water
    3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; drain. Gradually add soup and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serves 4 to 6
