    List of Ingredients




    1/3 C soy sauce
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1 1/2 lbs. steak, cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes
    12 whole fresh mushrooms
    1 green pepper, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
    1 large onion, wedged
    12 cherry tomatoes
    rice

    Combine first six ingredients; mix well. Pour 1/2 of marinade
    into resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container; add beef
    and turn to coat. Seal or cover; refrigerate 4-8 hours, turning
    occasionally. Refrigerate remainng marinade. Drain meat,
    discarding marinade. On skewer alternate meat and vegetables.
    Grill uncovered, over medium heat for 3 minutes each side.
    Baste. Continue turning and basting 8-10 minutes. Serve over
    rice. (6 servings)
