Blueberry Cream Muffins

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups sour cream
2 cups blueberries
Recipe
Beat eggs; gradually add sugar. While beating, slowly add the oil and
vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in separate bowl; add
alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. Gently fold the
blueberries into the batter. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined
tins. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes.
