    8 oz. cream cheese -- softened
    1 egg yolk
    1 cup sugar -- divided
    24 slices sandwich bread
    1 T. cinnamon
    3 T butter -- melted

    Recipe



    1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, egg yolk, and 1/4 cup sugar til
    smooth.
    2. Cut crust off bread slices and roll flat with rolling pin. Spread
    cream cheese mixture evenly over bread slices. Roll up jelly-roll
    style and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
    3. In a shallow dish, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Brush rolls in
    butter and roll in the sugar mixture.
    4. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours (up to 2 months).
    5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake rolls for 10 to 12 minutes or
    golden brown. Serve.
