    Chicken: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups cooked chicken breast pieces
    2 cans cream soup (from store or mix)
    8 oz light sour cream
    2 cups ham chunks
    1-1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

    Recipe

    1 Mix ingredients together. Pour into freezer bag and freeze. When thawed bake
    2 uncovered at 350* for 40 minutes. Top with bread crumbs. Bake an additional
    3 minutes and serve over rice.
