    Chicken: Parsley Parmesan Chicken

    1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing
    4-6 chicken breasts cut into strips
    1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 T. Parsley flakes
    1/2 t. Paprika
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Put cut up chicken in a large ziploc bag and pour in salad dressing to coat. Let marinade for a few hours.
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Roll chicken pieces in mixture until coated.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
    Flash freeze - reheat in oven or microwave until warm.

    (I find that if I cut my chicken into strips that it takes more of the dry mixture and less cooking time.)
