    2 Tbsp Butter
    2 Tbsp Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    Dash Pepper
    1/4 tsp Thyme
    2 Tbsp Dried Onion
    1/2 c Chicken Broth
    1/2 c Milk or light cream
    2 c Cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    1 can peas and carrots, drained

    Recipe



    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in Flour, Salt, Pepper,
    Thyme. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Put into
    microwave safe bowl. Stir in Broth and Milk. Nuke on high until
    boiling. Add chicken, onion, and veggies.
    Put into pie crust and cook for 35-40 minutes at 475, or until golden
    brown.
