    Source of Recipe

    Linda's Busy Kitchen

    List of Ingredients

20 oz. thin cut pork meat
    1 onion
    1/2 carrot
2 thick green onions or 3 smaller green onions
    oil

    Seasoning

    2 T. soy sauce
2 T. red bean paste (gochujang)
    2 T. rice wine
    1 T. garlic, chopped
    2 T. green onion, chopped
1 T. ginger juice (or ginger powder)
    ground black pepper
    1 T. sesame seed oil
    3 T. sugar
    1 T. ground red pepper

    Recipe

Pork meat should be as thin as 0.1". Ask your butcher to cut it this
    way.

Use meat tenderizer, and lightly beat the meat. (if you don't have
meat tenderizer, use the other side of a knife blade. And be
    careful!)

Cut onion and carrot into thin strips, and cut green onion
    diagonally.

In a big bowl, mix red bean paste, ground red pepper, soy sauce,
sugar, chopped green onion, chopped garlic, ginger juice, rice wine,
and ground black pepper. If your pork meat is too big, cut them the
    way you want.

Marinate pork meat and vegetables with the seasoning mixture for
    about thirty minutes.

Coat big skillet with oil, and stir fry meat and vegetables until
    meat is completely cooked.

    * This is a side dish, but you can also serve this over rice.
