    Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

    List of Ingredients

    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


    Recipe

    1. In a small bowl, combine soup, pepper and paprika.

    2. In a greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese.

    3. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
