    Crisp Onion Roasted Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    1 Envelope dry onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. butter,melted
    1 tsp. thyme (optional)
    1 tsp. marjoram (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lbs. potatoes, quartered


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 450.
    In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except
    potatoes. Add potatoes & mix to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring
    occasionally, 60 min. or until potatoes are tender & golden browm.

    This is a very versatile recipe, as you can change the seasonings &
    vegetables if you like. I have omitted the thyme & marjoram & used garlic
    powder & parsley as well as added carrots & celery with the potatoes.
