    1/4 cup plus 2T hot sauce
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup butter
    1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders -- see note
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    2 eggs -- lightly beaten
    1/2 cup oil

    Recipe



    In a pot, combine hot sauce, vinegar and worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in butter until melted. Transfer to a serving bowl; set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients. Coat chicken in flour; dip in egg. Coat chicken in bread-crumb mixture; set aside in a single layer on wax paper. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches; cook, turning once, until golden, 3 minutes per side. Transfer to serving platter; serve with sauce.
