    1 tablespoon butter
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 package frozen puff pastry sheets -- thawed
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon water
    4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    4 slices cooked ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400F. Saute the chicken in butter
    in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook until
    chicken is brown. Remove from skillet and
    refrigerate for 20 minutes. Combine the egg and
    water. Unfold the pastry on a lightly floured
    surface. Roll out to about a 14 inch square. Cut
    into four pieces (about 7 inches each). Spread
    1/4th of the mustard on each piece. Top each with
    1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 piece of
    chicken. Brush edges of pastry with egg mixture.
    Fold corners up to the center and seal together.
    Place seam-side down on a baking sheet with sides.
    Brush with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 25
    minutes or until browned.
