    Crust
    1 package herb seasoning stuffing mix -- (8 ounce)
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup butter -- melted
    1 egg -- beaten
    Filling
    1 can mushrooms -- (4 ounce)
    -- drained reserving liquid
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 cup onion -- chopped
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 can chicken gravy mix -- (10 ounce)
    --or-
    1 jar chicken gravy mix -- (12 ounce)
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    3 cups chicken -- cooked & cubed
    1 cup fresh or frozen peas
    2 tablespoons pimiento -- diced
    1 tablespoon parsley flakes
    4 ounces Colby or American cheese -- sliced

    Recipe



    Mix crust ingredients in a medium bowl; press into a 10-inch greased pie
    plate. Set aside. Combine mushroom liquid with flour in a small bowl; set
    aside.

    In a saucepan on top of stove; sautһushrooms and onion in butter. Stir
    in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Heat thoroughly; turn into
    stuffing crust. Bake at 375?F. for 20 minutes. Cut each cheese slice into
    strips; place in lattice design on pie. Bake 5 minutes more.

    6-8 servings
