    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    1 can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

    SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
    ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, garlic and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.





    Try different vegetable combinations the next time you make this dish. Keep the ingredients on hand, including family-favorite vegetable combinations like green beans, mushrooms and red pepper or onion, broccoli and corn. This creamy skillet supper is great served with crusty hard rolls and sliced tomatoes in a vinegar dressing.
