    4 bacon strips
    2 chicken breast halves -- with skin and bones
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 garlic cloves -- minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce

    Wrap two bacon trips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow glass
    baking dish and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and
    sugar; add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, turning to coat
    evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Drain and reserve marinade. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or
    until chicken tests done, basting occasionally.
