Roast Beef Rolls

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons drained prepared white horseradish
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup shredded carrot
6 large radishes, cut in fine julienne
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 lavosh flatbreads (6-to-7-ounce size)
2 packages soft garlic-herb cheese spread (5.2-oz. size)
1 pound sliced rare roast beef
Recipe
In large bowl, whisk oil, mustard, shallot, vinegar, horseradish and pepper
until blended. Add peas, carrots, radishes and lettuce; toss to coat. Lay
breads on flat surface. Spread with the cheese; cover with pea mixture.
Top with slices of roast beef. With long sides of breads facing you, roll
each tightly into a cylinder; cut each crosswise into 6 pieces.
