    List of Ingredients




    3 C chopped celery
    1 C chopped onion
    1 C ketchup
    1 C barbecue sauce
    1 C water
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 boneless chuck roast (3-4 lbs)
    14-18 hamburger buns, split

    Recipe



    In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients, mix well.
    Add roast. cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is
    tender. Shred meat and heat through once again. Using a
    slotted spoon, fill each bun with about 1/2 cup of meat mixture.
    (14-18 servings)

    This is the best BBQ beef I have ever tasted and I have never
    used beef! I usually use venison. If I don't have a roast I
    have even used steaks. Since you shred it, it doesn't make much
    difference. This make alot, but it freezes very well.
