List of Ingredients




1 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup milk

1 tbsp instant coffee powder

2 tbsp butter or margarine


Recipe



Stir cornstarch and brown sugar in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp of the milk and stir
until smooth. Heat up remaining milk in a saucepan together with instant
coffee powder. Pour the mixture over the sugar mixture, stirring
continuously. Pour the mixture back in the saucepan and heat to boiling
point while stirring constantly.



Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the fat. Continue stirring until the
butter has melted. Serve warm with ice cream.
