    1 1/2 C. Hungry Jack instant potato flakes
    1 C. powdered coffee creamer
    1/2 of a 1 oz. pkt. chicken gravy mix
    1 T. dried parsley flakes
    2 T. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp salt free seasoning blend (like Mrs. Dash, or Spike)
    1/2 t. dried minced onion
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well with a whisk. Place 1/2 C. + 1 T. mix into
    small jars or baggies.

    Directions:
    Empty soup into a plain coffee cup. Use a standard cup that holds
    1 1/2 cup liquid. Add 1 scant C. water; Stir very well Microwave
    on High 1 1/2 minutes Stir. Cover and let stand 3 minutes.
