    1 tablespoon margarine
    1/2 cup onion; chopped
    1 cup sweet red pepper
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes;
    4 cup chicken broth
    17 ounce creamed corn with liquid
    16 ounce whole kernel corn with liquid
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper; fresh

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan melt the margarine; sauté the onion and sweet pepper with red pepper flakes until tender, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Sir in the chicken broth and both cans of corn. Continue cooking until the mixture is very hot. Add the salt and pepper and serve at once.
