    New one for our family this year, My daughters Friend sent this recipe to her, we all tried it and it could easily become one of our favs, pineapple cake with the coconut frosting is one great mix.

    List of Ingredients




    Cake:
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16-oz. crushed pineapple

    Frosting :
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup evaporated milk

    Recipe



    For Cake : Place all ingredients in a bowl & mix until blended with spoon.
    Pour into 13x9-in. cake pan. Bake at 350ºF. 35-40 minutes

    Frosting : Add all ingredients together and cook until a little thickened.
    Remove from heat and add:

    1 cup coconut
    1 cup nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Pour over hot cake.
