Best Steak Marinade in Town
This is great for steak:
One can or bottle of beer,
Depending on how big your steak is.
Your favorite seasonings , I like spicy.
Garlic powder
Onion powder
red pepper flakes
salt
Just whatever you like!
with a fork poke the steak, both sides
Put the steak in an air tight container, or ziplock bag.
mix spices together with beer and poor over steak.
close lid or bag, put in fridge and
let sit for about 10 minutes to 2 hours.
remove from marinade and grill.
Don't worry the beer burns off, and you do not taste it.
