    Shrimp and Spinach Alfredo


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp -- peeled and deveined
    • 10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained
    • 1 jar alfredo sauce
    • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms -- drained
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 dash nutmeg
    • 3 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Microwave spinach for 3 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.

    2. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute shrimp until pink.

    3. Add mushrooms and spinach and stir well to heat through.

    4. Pour sauce and seasonings over all, stir and let simmer 2-3 minutes to heat.
