    List of Ingredients




    2 can artichoke hearts, drained thoroughly and cut in quarters
    2 large, firm tomato, sliced thinly then 1/4'd (or use plum tomatoes)
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    30+ cocktail sized slices light rye bread
    5 Tbsp garlic butter

    Recipe



    Spread the garlic butter on the each slice of rye bread.

    Top with a slice of tomato and some of the artichoke hearts.
    Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over each slice.

    Working quickly, place bread onto preheated pan and pop into the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Approximately 5 and 6 minutes
