Bread dipping sauce:
List of Ingredients
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 large clove of garlic (crushed)
2 to 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (cold press)
NOTE: NOTE: for best results, use first, cold-press Genesio, extra-virgin olive oil from Italy.
Recipe
Mix together your dry spices.
Add crushed garlic to the herb mixture.
Put the mixture on a small plate & drizzle with the olive oil.
Use as a dip with your favorite hot French bread.
