    Recipe Introduction

Children love to help in its preparation. Note: Once these are frozen, you can put the roll-ups in a freezer bag to have on hand to bake when guests stop by.

    List of Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) bag Pepperidge Farm Original White Bread, crusts removed

1 (8-ounce) box pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into cubes (Velveeta)

    1/2 cup butter

1 (6.5-ounce) can crabmeat, drained, rinsed and picked over

    1/4 cup sesame seeds

    Recipe

Place bread slices flat on work surface and flatten them with a rolling pin.

In a saucepan, combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter over low heat, stirring, until melted. Stir in crabmeat. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each of the bread slices. Roll up each slice jellyroll fashion.

Melt the remaining 1/4 cup butter. Place sesame seeds on a plate. Brush rolls on all sides with melted butter and roll in sesame seeds. Place on parchment-lined plate or baking sheet in freezer, cover and freeze at least 1 to 2 hours or until solid.

When ready to serve, cut each roll in half and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 15 minutes. Let sit a few minutes befores serving. Makes about 32 appetizers.
