    Makes 2 logs
    Prep: 15 min. Refrig: 1-1/2 hrs.

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs. (8-oz. each) cream cheese, at room temp
    1-1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
    2 cans (4-oz. each) diced green chilis, drained
    1/4 C. dried onion flakes, softened in 1/4 C. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 C. chopped pecans
    Crackers, sliced fruit and vegetables for serving

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, softened onion flakes,
    Garlic powder & cayenne pepper. Form into two 8-inch logs, wrap & refrigerate for
    15 minutes.

    Place nuts on waxed paper & roll each log in the nuts. Wrap in plastic & refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Serve.
