    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    2 C. grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3 C. Bisquick mix

    Recipe



    Sausage should be at room temperature. Mix all ingredients gently with hands. Shape into 1" balls. Bake on cooki sheet at 375°, approximately 20 minutes. After first 10 minutes, turn, and continue cooking until lightly brown.
