    Spinach Dip

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. mayo
    Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (1 pkg.)
    10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
    1 5-oz. can water chestnuts, sliced (or chopped)
    1 -2 loaves round crusty bakery bread (pumpernickel,
    sourdough)

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Cut circle in top of one loaf; hollow it out saving large chunks for dipping. Put filling inside bread & tear remaining loaf into chunks. Serve with small knife to spread filling on bread.
