    List of Ingredients




    3 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened & divided
    3 T. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
    2 tsp. olive juice
    1 T. mayonnaise
    1 C. (4-oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 (2-oz.) jar diced pimiento, drailned
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 C. butter, softened
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    Garnish: parley springs
    Assorted crackers & grapes

    Beat 1 pkg. cream cheese at med. speed with electric mixer until creamy; stir in olives & olive juice. Spread olive mixture into bottom of a plastic wrap-lined 8X4-inch loafpan.

    Beat 1 pkg. cream cheese at med. speed until creamy; add mayo & cheddar cheese, beating until blended. Stir in dice pimiento & grated onion; spread over olive mixture.

    Beat remaining pkg. cream cheese & butter at med. speed until creamy; add garlic & Italian seasoning, beating until blended. Spread over pimiento mixture. Cover & chill at least 3 hours or until firm. Invert onto a serving platter; remove plastic wrap. Garnish, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers & grapes.
