20 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1-1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 C. olive oil
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. drie oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
Recipe
Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl & toss with cheese, onion, olive oil & spices until well combined. Place in a sprayed 9x9" square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap & let rise until double. Remove wrap & bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
